Valoriza Medioambiente manages two of the five lots of the Integral Mobility Contract of Madrid, ensuring free and sustainable circulation in the city.

This contract seeks to improve urban mobility through services that regulate parking, access to restricted areas, road signage, and cycling and pedestrian mobility.

With an annual turnover of around 31 million euros, Valoriza manages approximately 70,000 regulated parking spaces and 1,837 parking meters. This comprehensive effort allows citizens to enjoy a more accessible and orderly public space, while promoting sustainability in the urban environment.

A Coruña

Valoriza manages the service of removal, immobilisation and deposit of vehicles parked on public roads in A Coruña.

 This service includes the surveillance and custody of the facilities and vehicles, as well as the collection of fees and collection management.

This project incorporates a comprehensive technological management system, allowing real-time control and consultation, benefiting the City Council. With a service for 244,099 inhabitants, around 7,000 services are carried out annually and approximately 4,500 vehicles are removed.

SER Castro-Urdiales

Valoriza manages the public limited and controlled parking service in Castro-Urdiales, using ticket vending machines.

This service guarantees efficient management of on-street parking in the city.

In addition, the contract includes the management of the municipal service for removing vehicles from the streets 24 hours a day. With 3,995 regulated parking spaces operating 365 days a year and 2 surveillance cars, Valoriza ensures rigorous and continuous control of urban parking.
