Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales collaborates with Madrid City Council in the unscheduled and immediate action service for green areas and trees.
This service complements the regular maintenance of the city's public spaces and green areas, guaranteeing the conservation and protection of one of the cities with the largest surface area of public green areas in the world.
The commitment to the preservation of these spaces includes the evaluation of 545 trees, intervention in 3,800 incidents per year and the performance of 580 witnessing tasks. With these actions, Valoriza ensures that the municipal elements and green areas of Madrid are kept in optimal conditions for the enjoyment and wellbeing of its citizens.
Sevilla
Conservation of Seville's green areas and roadside trees
Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales is responsible for the upkeep of green areas and public trees in Seville, covering 95 areas located in the districts of Macarena, Norte, Centro, Triana, San Pablo-Santa Justa and Este. These areas include urban parks and neighbourhood gardens, characterised by their trees and landscaping.
The service covers the conservation of different types of green areas and trees, taking care of the replacement of plant elements such as flowering plants, trees and shrubs, as well as the application of phytosanitary treatments. Among the areas managed are the city' s historic gardens and emblematic squares. Valoriza maintains 924,237.54 square metres of green space, more than 11,000 trees and palm trees, and also manages more than one hundred squares and parks, ensuring their beauty and functionality for the citizens of Seville.

Conservation of the historic gardens of the National Heritage
Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales is responsible for the conservation of the historic gardens of the National Heritage, catalogued as Assets of Cultural Interest (BIC) in the category of Historic Gardens. These spaces are spread throughout Spain and include the Campo del Moro Gardens, El Pardo Palace Gardens, Prince's Cottage Gardens, La Quinta Gardens, Monastery Gardens, Island Gardens, Prince's Gardens, Isabel II Gardens, La Granja Palace Gardens and Riofrío Palace Gardens.
The maintenance of these gardens is highly demanding due to the diversity of styles present, ranging from neoclassical and renaissance to French and English landscape influences. Valoriza manages 140 square metres of flowerbeds, more than 90,000 specimens of historic trees and has planted more than 1,200 trees between 2015 and 2019, ensuring that these gardens remain a living and preserved heritage for future generations.
