Valoriza's Management Committee participates in a Health and Safety Leadership Day

This initiative is part of the #ZeroAccidents strategy, which seeks to ensure safe workplaces

The Management Committee of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has participated in a Health and Safety Leadership Day, whose main objective is to generate a transformation of the company's preventive culture.

During this first session, the Committee members learned about issues such as the Bradley Curve, which helps to analyze safety and generate an effective safety culture. They have also talked about visible leadership, how to self-assess it, how to maintain a risk mentality or how to change the influence on safety teams, among other topics.

ZeroAccidents Strategy

This workshop is part of the #ZeroAccidents strategy implemented by Valoriza, whose main objective is to continue guaranteeing safe workplaces for its workforces.

This strategy is complemented by other measures such as visits to the company's work centers to learn first-hand about the measures implemented to guarantee health and safety. The company is also committed to training workers in prevention, as well as carrying out different reminders on the importance of using PPE, work planning, order and cleanliness, and the communication of possible risks.

Valoriza also launched its first Health and Safety Awards, an ideas competition for its employees, the aim of which was to provide solutions to detect and prevent risks in advance.
