Fundación Integra rewards Valoriza for its commitment to integration
Javier San Millán accepted the award for the company's hiring of 100 people at risk of exclusion or with disabilities

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has been recognized by Fundación Integra in its Commitment Awards, during the celebration of the conference entitled “The footprint we leave.” Javier San Millán, CEO of the company, collected the award for hiring more than 100 people at risk of social exclusion and/or with disabilities.
San Millán then participated in a round table discussion entitled “Past, present, and future of socially responsible employment,” which highlighted the business community's commitment to social sustainability and the positive impact of social employment as a driver of change.
During the event, Fundación Integra also commemorated the 10th anniversary of Red Compromiso Integra, a business alliance that promotes responsible employment and sustainability as the cornerstones of labor and social integration. This network, to which Valoriza belongs, currently has 80 large companies that have contributed to creating more than 26,000 jobs for people suffering from exclusion.
This recognition of Valoriza's social commitment coincides with the recent 5-star rating by GRESB, one of the leading international standards in sustainability and ESG (environmental, social, and governance) criteria.
