Valoriza's mechanics staff is trained in safety and electrification

During a conference held at the facilities of El Pozo del Tío Raimundo

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has once again demonstrated its commitment to safety by holding training sessions for its mechanics personnel under the title 'For a safe and electrified present'.

A total of more than 50 of the company's professionals have been able, over two days, to increase their knowledge of risk assessment and the preventive measures to be taken into account in workshop work, with special attention to high voltage electrical risks.

On the other hand, they have improved their training on hybrid and electric vehicles, in response to the growing fleet of this type, which is becoming more and more common in contracts.

The conference was attended by Valoriza's CEO, Javier San Millán, accompanied by the general manager of Urban Services, Antonio Gutiérrez, and the area managers Ángel González and Juan Carlos Uzal. Likewise, the Head of Machinery, Jesús Hernández, was sharing his degree of knowledge about the electric vehicle with the attendees.

Also present was Diana Alonso, Health and Safety Director, who explained that “this type of conference reinforces our commitment to safety, in order to continue working on the transformation of our preventive culture, which is one of the company's main objectives”.
