Colombia, 17 December 2025.
Valoriza, through Árealimpia in Colombia, has been recognised with first place in AXA Colpatria's 2025 Safe Work Awards, in the Medium-Sized Company category. This award highlights its ongoing commitment to occupational risk prevention and the consolidation of safe, responsible working environments in line with best practices in the sector.
The recognition, awarded by an independent jury from the Colombian Council for Occupational Safety and Health, endorses the soundness and maturity of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System, as well as its compliance with international standards such as ISO 45001 and EFR certification, which promote a management model focused on well-being and work-life balance.
In recent years, Árealimpia has consistently strengthened its preventive culture, achieving an 18% reduction in the accident rate between 2023 and 2025, reaching 0.33 accidents per 100 workers in 2025, one of the lowest rates in the sector in Bogotá and in the country as a whole.
These results are the fruit of a collective effort and the implementation of initiatives such as preventive culture programmes, awareness campaigns, emergency drills, safety inspections, ongoing training activities and projects focused on physical and mental health care.
Valoriza values this recognition as a reflection of the joint work between management, operational teams and support areas, and as proof that occupational safety is a strategic pillar for guaranteeing a quality, sustainable and people-centred service.
