Valoriza signs an agreement with the Integra Foundation to promote the labor integration of socially excluded and disabled people
Since 2020, 120 contracts have been signed, with a positive assessment of 90%. Company personnel will be able to actively participate in the training of people looking for a second chance

Madrid, February 28, 2024.
Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales joins Compromiso Integra, the network of companies committed to socially responsible employment promoted by Fundación Integra.
Javier San Millán, CEO of Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales, and Ana Botella, executive president of Fundación Integra, signed this agreement, the main objective of which is to integrate people in situations of severe social exclusion and people with functional diversity into the workforce.
In addition, as part of this collaboration, the company's staff will be able to actively participate in the training of people who have left the streets, drugs, prison, women victims of violence... through corporate volunteering.
Valoriza's staff will thus help to strengthen the socio-labor skills necessary to improve access to the labor market for these people, who have gone through complicated situations.
More than 80 people integrated
Since the beginning of Valoriza's collaboration with Fundación Integra in 2020, 81 people have been integrated. In total, 118 employment contracts have been made during this period, with a positive evaluation of more than 90% of the users.
Likewise, thanks to the Corporate Volunteering program, during the year 2023, 47 people have collaborated in the training of 47 people, with the participation of volunteers from the company in 5 of the workshops organized by Fundación Integra, carried out through its Strengthening School and its Digital School.
Since 2001, Fundación Integra has provided more than 22,500 jobs for people in extreme need and people with functional diversity. People for whom a job is a second chance to regain control of their lives and move forward with their families.
