Valoriza renews its commitment to Melilla and modernises its urban cleaning service

The new contract consolidates the local government's trust and incorporates a completely renewed fleet to offer a more efficient and sustainable service

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales consolidates its presence in Melilla with the renewal of the street cleaning and waste collection contract, as part of the modernisation plan promoted by the local government.

The new service, awarded to Valoriza, represents a total investment of €24 million and includes 28 vehicles, 75 electric carts and thousands of new containers distributed throughout the city.

This renewal marks a turning point in Melilla's urban cleaning management, with a modern, sustainable fleet adapted to the municipality's needs. The new units include state-of-the-art sweepers and washers, electrical equipment and multi-purpose machinery designed to optimise efficiency and reduce environmental impact.

In addition, the contract strengthens working conditions and staff stability, ensuring a more robust and professional service.

With this new phase, the company reaffirms its purpose: to continue working for urban well-being and the continuous improvement of public services.
