Valoriza Renews Contract for the Care and Maintenance of Majadahonda’s Green Spaces
The company will continue to manage the maintenance of the municipality’s parks, gardens, forested areas, and urban trees

Majadahonda, May 29, 2026.
Valoriza has been awarded the contract renewal for the upkeep and maintenance of the green spaces and forests in the municipality of Majadahonda, corresponding to Lot 1 of the CMZV service, with a duration of four years and the option to extend for an additional year.
The contract covers the maintenance and upkeep of the municipality’s parks, gardens, green spaces, and street trees, as well as technical assistance related to tree risk and the management of pests and diseases.
The proposal submitted by Valoriza is based on a sustainable management model focused on continuous service improvement, the conservation of biodiversity, and the safety of green spaces. It also incorporates the guidelines set forth in Majadahonda’s Urban Tree Master Plan.
To deliver the service, the company will have a specialized team composed of technical and operational staff dedicated entirely to the contract, as well as a fleet of new vehicles prioritizing eco-friendly and zero-emission technologies, including electric vehicles and dual-fuel solutions designed to reduce environmental and noise impacts.
In addition, the service will incorporate advanced tree digitization and management tools, using interoperable geographic information platforms and specialized systems for assessing the apparent risk posed by urban trees.
With this upgrade, Valoriza reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable maintenance of green spaces and the improvement of environmental quality in the municipalities where it operates.
