Valoriza receives the recognition as a Family-Responsible Company for its commitment to work-life balance

The Másfamilia Foundation awards this certificate to companies that implement measures for the reconciliation of personal, family and work life

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has received the certificate that recognizes it as a Family Responsible Company (EFR), awarded by the Fundación Másfamilia to those companies that implement different measures for the reconciliation of personal, family and work life.

The person in charge of receiving this EFR Certificate was Valoriza's CEO, Javier San Millán, from Másfamilia's general director, Rafael Fuertes. Also present at the ceremony were Valoriza's HR director, Antonio Bravo, the Legal Director, Elena García, and the Quality Director, Diana Alonso.

In order to receive this certificate, Valoriza has undergone a complete audit in which both the measures for work-life balance and the knowledge of these measures by its staff have been examined. Among these measures, some stand out such as the Flexible Compensation Plan, flexible working hours, Days Without School and special holidays, continuous training or the Equality Plan, among many others.

"The achievement of this certificate shows our commitment to work-life balance, a basic issue both for the well-being of our staff members and for the acquisition and retention of talent," explains Javier San Millán. "We are convinced that in this way we improve staff satisfaction and motivation, creating a good working environment that helps to jointly achieve the company's objectives," he adds.
