Valoriza, protagonist at ASPAPEL's Blue Bow Ties gala

Several of the cities awarded for their paper and cardboard recycling management have relied on the company to provide this service

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has been the protagonist at the Blue Bow TIes gala, which the Spanish Association of Pulp, Paper and Cardboard Manufacturers (ASPAPEL) celebrates every year to reward the cities that best manage paper and cardboard recycling in Spain.

These awards are divided into different categories, depending on the level of compliance with the criteria. Thus, in the 'Pajaritas Ilustres' category (the highest), Valoriza can boast the presence of the cities of Barcelona, Cádiz, Lleida, Mollet del Vallès and Soria.

Cáceres, Pinto and Reus are in the category Three Blue Bow Ties, while Madrid is in the category One Blue Bow Tie.

The previous evaluation for the granting of these awards is based on 21 indicators, which analyze everything related to the collection of the blue container and complementary collections, campaigns and actions of information and public awareness, aspects relating to the regulation and planning of management and results and traceability to final recycling.
