Valoriza will be in charge of street cleaning and waste collection in Candelaria for the next 7 years
The action, part of the Endavant Plan, reinforces the reconstruction of the municipalities affected by the floods and highlights the importance of institutional coordination

Valencia, 12 February 2026.
Valoriza has completed the removal and clean-up of rubble and debris in the municipality of Albal, as part of the emergency contract awarded by the Valencian Regional Government following the floods of 29 October 2024.
The action, carried out as part of the second special aid plan for the affected municipalities, has enabled the removal of a total of 2,200 tonnes of waste from the reconstruction works, acting on 22 points in the municipality and proceeding with the emptying and closure of the collection point.
The actions carried out by Valoriza included the removal and management of waste from renovations, bulky waste and hazardous materials, contributing to the effective, safe and sustainable management of the waste generated during the reconstruction process.
The company highlights the importance of coordination between administrations and concessionary companies to ensure a rapid response to emergency situations, as well as a commitment to the recovery of the affected municipalities and the improvement of the quality of life of citizens.
