Valoriza celebrates the Talentya 2.0 Programme Conference with two days of training, synergies and experiences in the field

A meeting that reinforces professional development and cross-cutting knowledge of the company's lines of activity

The Talentya 2.0 Programme Conference brought together the three editions of the programme in Madrid for two days of work, learning and socialising, reinforcing one of Valoriza's strategic pillars: the development of young talent and the creation of a solid and connected professional community.

The meeting began with an institutional opening ceremony highlighting the importance of this programme as a driver of internal growth, mobility and future development within the company.

Over the two days, participants were able to delve deeper into different key areas of the business through talks, workshops and activities aimed at promoting cross-disciplinary knowledge and collaborative work. Topics such as occupational risk prevention, innovation applied to urban services, and a specific session on waste treatment offers were addressed, where the KonpostAraba success story was presented. The programme also included two technical visits:

  • The tyre recycling plant in Chiloeches, an example of applied circular economy.

  • The street cleaning and waste collection service in Alcalá de Henares, where they were able to learn about the daily operations of one of the most important urban services.

The group dynamics, designed to promote interaction and strengthen relationships between participants from different areas and territories, were one of the most valued parts of the experience. They allowed for the creation of synergies, the sharing of professional concerns and the reinforcement of the feeling of belonging to Valoriza.
