Madrid, 27 October 2026.
Valoriza has scored 100 out of 100 in the GRESB Infrastructure Asset Assessment, achieving the highest rating for the first time in this international benchmark for the infrastructure and services sector.
This result represents an improvement on the 99 points achieved in the previous assessment and is accompanied by recognition as a Sector Leader, a distinction that identifies the organisation as the top performer within its international peer group, comprising companies with similar characteristics and activities.
A benchmark assessment of sustainability
GRESB assesses organisations’ environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance using criteria and indicators that enable a comparison of their practices and results.
Its assessments are used by institutional investors, asset managers and financial institutions to analyse the sustainability performance of companies in the sector.
Achieving the highest score and recognition as a Sector Leader places Valoriza in a leading position within its peer group and reflects the progress made in its ESG management practices.
The work of the teams behind the result
Valoriza’s sustainability performance is linked to the activities it carries out as part of its services, as well as to the management, monitoring and improvement processes it applies across the organisation.
Collaboration between the company’s various departments and operational teams is essential for integrating environmental, social and governance criteria into day-to-day operations, as well as for collecting and analysing the information needed to assess progress.
With this result, Valoriza has improved on its rating from the previous year and achieved the highest possible score in the GRESB assessment, a recognition that highlights the company’s work in the field of sustainability.
