Torrejón de Ardoz relies on Valoriza for the maintenance of its green infrastructure

Thanks to a 3-year contract worth more than 10.5 million euros, extendable for 2 more years

The company thus reaffirms its commitment to the Madrid town, where it already provides different services

Torrejón de Ardoz, April 3, 2024.

Valoriza Servicios Medioambientales has begun to provide the conservation and maintenance service for the green infrastructure of Torrejón de Ardoz, in its Lot 1, corresponding to the neighborhoods of Juncal, Saucar, Zarzuela, Mancha Amarilla, Fresnos, Torrenieve, Casablanca and the large avenues.

A new 3-year contract, provided in the form of a joint venture, with a total value of more than 10.5 million euros, with the possibility of extension for a further 2 years.

Valoriza thus reaffirms its commitment to the Madrid town, where it is already in charge of street cleaning and solid urban waste collection, the maintenance of its underground containers and the regulated parking of Parque Europa.
