Javier San Millán, recognized by ANEPMA with its 2025 ‘Manuel Baena Lozano’ Award

The association rewards the professional career and commitment to the environment of the CEO of Valoriza

The National Association of Public Environmental Companies (ANEPMA) has awarded its 2025 ‘Manuel Baena Lozano’ Award to Javier San Millán, CEO of Valoriza, in recognition of his professional career and commitment to the environment.

The award ceremony took place during the 32nd ANEPMA Technical Conference, held on October 29, 30, and 31 in the town of Rota, Cadiz. This annual event is attended by dozens of professionals who come together to share the latest developments in the sector.

In his speech, San Millán said that “looking back, I feel very proud to be contributing to this journey in which we are transforming city management, improving cleanliness, waste collection, and treatment,” adding that “above all, I think it is very important how we have improved the efficiency of services and how we have dignified the conditions of the workforce.”

“I want to share this award with my colleagues, the group of people I have been working with for so long. If it weren't for them, I wouldn't be here right now,” he concluded.
